Soils formed on old quarry ground and spoil can be low in fertility, which is one reason some Corby lawns struggle. We check the soil on every job and add screened topsoil and pre-turf fertiliser where it’s needed.
The old lawn and weeds are stripped, the ground rotavated, levelled, firmed and fed, then premium turf is laid tight and watered in. We’re about half an hour away in Higham Ferrers.
